Drink a scoop of Whey when waking up
After eating Take CLA, 2 to 3 times and if you're taking Nitrix you take 3tablets 3 times a day. daily after meals. So you will take CLA and Nitrix at the same time
Take prework out 30 minutes before workout
After workout Take Whey and Creatine
Before Going to Bed Take Whey and Creatine Again

Easy steps to Build Muscle and Get Ripped
My friends ask me all the time how do I build muscle and what kind of workouts I do.

The key is to max out, which means you finish off with the highest amounts of weights that you can do.

Example - curls, I start off with about 60 pounds. I do 20 to 25 reps

Rest for 5 minutes

Then I come back and add 20 more pounds, then I do 15 to 20 reps.

Rest for 5 minutes, this is the one you max out on.

Now I  add about 30 more pounds, all in total about 110 lbs. I do 10 to 15 reps of that

And I'm done, it only took about 18 minutes for one workout. And I'll be building more muscle then a guy that sits at the gym doing about 200 reps on something light until he can't lift anymore.

Do the same with a chest workout, doesn't matter how big you can bench. That doesn't mean anything

What I like to do is, after I'm done with curls. I leave the weights on and max out in reverse when benching. Same amount of reps and minutes off for rest. Theres some guys that don't like to rest and just go on nonstop and skip it.

I do this workout every 2 days, say I do it on a Monday, then on a Tuesday I'll do cardio, jump on the elliptical for an hour. On these days put in some ab workouts and any other workouts you'll like to do. You do cardio every 2 days aswell, leave out Sunday. So you'll be working out 6 out of 7 days.

Now the other key, what you put in your body. It's simple

I wake up, eat something. Wait for about 30 minutes and take a scoop of N.O. Xplode a pre work out supplement. Gives you bouncing off the walls energy, after I'm done with that. I fill up a bottle of water about 2 liters. Do my workout and after I'm done I take a scoop of Whey protein and Creatine and then again 6 hours later. You can do Whey 3 times, once when you wake up, after work out and when you go to sleep.

And that's all you really need to do if you're a newbie to weight lifting. After you've acquired some knowledge you can go ahead and stack more products for even more muscles gains
